Add a child for each one you are booking. Brothers and sisters go on the same booking.

What we do with it
  • Who sees it. The Sportivity staff running the day, and nobody else. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
  • We are not asking for health details yet. We only ask about allergies, medical needs and SEN once the place is confirmed and paid for, because that is when we actually need them.
  • How long we keep it. Deleted within three months of the day, apart from what an accident record or an insurer requires us to keep for longer.
  • Your rights. Email [email protected] to see it, correct it or have it deleted, or to withdraw this consent.
  • Who we are. Sportivity Limited, company 06004431.

How paying works Nothing to pay today. We email you to confirm the place and take payment, and that is also when we ask about allergies, medical needs and anything else we should know. We never ask for card details on this page.
