For schools
A day your staff talk about in the staffroom.
Themed days built around one idea, delivered properly, and left behind as something your teachers can carry on without us.
We bring the coaches, the kit and the plan. You get a day that lands, and a written record of what it did for which children, which is the part that matters when somebody asks you to evidence it.
The days
Pick a theme, or build your own.
Each one is a full day, or a half day if that suits your timetable better. Early Years through to Year 6, and every one of them adapts to the children in front of us rather than the other way round.
Fuel
Nutrition
Food, energy and the body. Children learn what actually powers them, through games that make it stick.
Strong
Fitness and conditioning
Fitness made fun. Fundamental strength, movement and resilience, for every body in the room.
Headstrong
Mental health and wellbeing
Movement for the mind. Confidence, calm and connection through activity.
All-Rounder
Multi-skills
The building blocks of every sport: agility, balance, coordination. A brilliant all-round day.
First Moves
Physical literacy
The foundations of movement for your youngest children. Playful, and built on confidence.
Game On
Competition and teamwork
Inclusive competition done properly. Everyone plays, everyone matters, character over trophies.
Mash-Up
Your combination
The best of the lot in one day, mixed to whatever your school actually needs.
What comes with it
We would rather leave you stronger than come back.
Teacher training built in
A short training element on the same theme, so your staff can run something like it themselves afterwards. Watching a good session is the training.
A parent session, if you want one
The same theme, pitched at families. Good for the schools trying to get parents through the door for something that is not parents' evening.
Session plans you keep
Everything we deliver, written up and left with you. No locked folders, no licence that expires.
A written impact report
Who took part, including SEND and pupil premium, what changed, and what we would do next. Written for governors and for inspection, not for us.
Why it is different
Quality you can actually see the evidence for.
Plenty of people will come and run a day at your school. Far fewer can show you what it was worth afterwards, or tell you anything about the coach who delivered it.
Every coach is observed
We run a quality cycle: observe, moderate, review. You get the written outcome. It is not a certificate on a wall.
Professional status required
CIMSPA professional status of everyone who works with us, enhanced DBS and first aid. That is a deliberately higher bar than this sector usually sets.
Inclusion designed in
SEND is in the plan from the start, not bolted on. A child who cannot do the standard version still has something to do that counts.
Twenty years of it
Andy and Danny have been doing this in these schools since 2005. Most heads we work with know us by name.
What it costs.
Days are priced on what you need: a full or half day, how many year groups, whether you want the teacher training and the parent session with it. So we quote it properly rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for most schools. Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will come back with a figure and what is in it.
