Work with us

We're always looking for good people.

Not a job advert. We are building a list of people we would want on a Tuesday morning or a Christmas camp, so when the work comes up we ring somebody we already know.

What the work is

Children, every day, and the same faces each week.

Holiday camps, school clubs at lunch and after school, curriculum PE, play leader training and competition days across Wigan, Leigh and Bolton. Some of it is a day here and there. Some of it is the same school every Tuesday for a year.

You get told what you're walking into

The plan, the group, who needs what. Not handed a bag of bibs and pointed at a hall.

You get watched, and told honestly

Every coach is observed and reviewed on a cycle, and you get the written outcome. Not to catch you out. So you get better and can prove it.

Self-employed, on contract

Paid per session. We tell you what the work is, what it pays and when, before you say yes.

The same children, long enough to matter

Where we can, you keep a school. The children learn your name and that is when the job gets good.

Our story, in motion

This is us.

Two lads who met as boys, built a business, and rebuilt it twenty years on.

One thing we ask

CIMSPA professional status.

We only work with people who hold CIMSPA professional status, or who have started the process. It is the professional register for our industry, the same way teaching and nursing have one.

If you haven't started, that's fine, start now and still talk to us. We would rather help somebody good get registered than turn them away.

Everyone also needs an enhanced DBS check and first aid training. If you haven't got those yet, say so. It is not a no.

Tell us about you

Four ways, pick whichever suits.

There is no right way to do this and no deadline. The questions below are the ones we actually find interesting.

The basics

And the ones we actually enjoy reading

Answer as many as you fancy. Skip any of them.
